It depends on how many of you there are, the occasion and how long you want to be out. Promark Houseboat suits up to 6 people, Promark I and III up to 12, Promark II and the Ocean Book up to 25, and Ange Etoile up to 40. Send us your date and group size on WhatsApp and we will recommend one rather than make you compare them all.

A private charter reserves the whole boat for your group only. The sharing sunset cruise sells seats on Promark II, so you share the boat with other guests. Sailing dates and available seats are shown on our website, and it leaves at 6pm and is back at 8pm. Promark II can also be chartered privately on other days and times.

Each boat has a usual limit, and children count. The Puteri Harbour houseboats (Promark I and III) take 12; for a few more, up to 15, ask us on WhatsApp first, as the crew check the group's total weight. On the other boats the limit stands; if your group is larger, we will suggest a bigger boat.

Yes, with an adult supervising them. Every child counts towards the boat's capacity. The Promark Houseboat takes a maximum of 6 people, children included. Tell us the children's ages when you book.

Yes, subject to availability. Most groups start at 6 pm. The best light is around 6:45 pm to 7:20 pm. Sunset slots go first, so book early.

The Ocean Book and Ange Etoile catamarans are chartered for a minimum of 4 hours, and we add a fifth hour free, so their price is for 5 hours. The houseboats start from 2 hours, and Promark II from 1 hour.

On the Puteri Harbour houseboats (Promark I or III, whichever you prefer), the RM1,350 package includes drinks and the RM2,699 package includes food and drinks. The Promark Houseboat package at Senibong includes food and drinks. Promark II is boat rental only; the Ocean Book and Ange Etoile come with two bottles of champagne, and no food. You can bring your own food at no charge, or add our yacht buffet, a Malaysian spread for sharing: RM350 for 10–15 guests, RM650 for 20–25 or RM800 for 30–35; ask us for our caterers' other menus.

Yes, free of charge. If you order delivery, collect it at the marina gate yourself. The crew cannot collect it for you.

Yes, on the boats. The one rule there is that red wine is not allowed on board Ange Etoile. No alcohol before or during a jet ski ride.

Yes. Our partner decorators do it: a simple balloon set (birthday letters, a cake shape and balloons) is RM50, a balloon ring RM500, and a custom setup from RM800. Bringing a few balloons of your own is free, but decorating the boat yourselves has a RM200 venue fee. Message us on WhatsApp for photos of each; a DJ or event setup can be arranged too, subject to space and power on the boat.
